Return Policy

Purchasing parts at Parts Galore is worry-free due to our FREE 45 day return/exchange policy on most parts. If a part breaks or doesn’t fit, bring it back and pull another part or receive a store credit. There are NO CASH refunds. All returns or exchange must be accompanied by the original receipt and a properly marked part. Be sure a Parts Galore employee marks your parts after purchase in case you need to return them.  Store credits are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.  No guarantee may be purchased or shall apply to computer Brainboxes/ECU’s, Air Bags, Seat Belts and Pre-tensioners, and ALL Tires. These parts are sold “AS IS” and are final sale, no returns or exchanges.


To insure that as many parts get recycled as possible, a CORE charge is added to the purchase price of some parts. The Core charge is a deposit and is refunded if your original part is returned to us within 45 days of purchase.  CORE charges/deposits are refunded with original payment type and requires the original receipt to be present.
